Bridget's plan helped me put on five pounds of muscle in the first five weeks while becoming leaner. She has developed a plan with me and continues to improve it as I am easily bored with repetitive workout routines. What's unique about working with Bridget is her goal to understand what I'm actually interested in doing and building a routine around my time and interest limitations.
