THE PASSIONATE ROOKIE
The PASSIONATE ROOKIE is new to the performance game. You enjoy being active, have identified a sport(s) you love, and are looking to increase your aptitude, capacity and capability in your athletic journey. The PASSIONATE ROOKIE must embody a growth mindset to move from a novice to a contender.
HOW TO BUILD YOUR FOUNDATION: For you, training isn’t as simple as doing the right workouts during the week and being careful with their diet. Becoming the best means mastering your body, habits and movement, which includes:
➡️ Getting Comfortable with the Uncomfortable. Change is hard and it can feel impossible with a fixed mindset. In order to move beyond your current progress, the PASSIONATE ROOKIE must embody a Growth Mindset and be willing to try things that are new, scary and different from what you have done in the past.
➡️ Finding the Sweet Spot. To identify the correct training program and find your sweet spot, work with experts to help elevate your game and avoid injuries. The right mix of strength building, endurance optimization, and habit creation paired with accountability and goal setting will build that critical foundation needed to progress.
➡️ Intentional Dieting and Nutrition. If you’re not putting the right fuel in your body, you’re not getting the most from your workouts. The right nutrition will elevate your game, preparing your body for performance and equipping it to excel.
➡️ Putting in the Work. Once you have the foundation laid, you will then focus on mastering your training program and putting in the work to get better.
