Body Composition Assessments and Goal Setting
During the kickoff meeting, Members have the opportunity to opt into a weigh-in and body composition assessment.
We’ll also discuss their goals and agree on nutrition parameters to help accomplish those goals.

Progress Tracking Fitness App
I offer a user-friendly app for participants to track their progress, set goals, and stay accountable, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.

In Person or Virtual Hybrid Group Coaching Model
Weekly coaching can be held at your gym or can be offered as a virtual or hybrid model.
An in gym coaching experience fosters community development, while a virtual model allows for the flexibility of scheduling.
I offer both models and include an additional weekly “make-up” coaching call for those members that may have scheduling conflicts.

Opportunity to Run the Program as a Gym Challenge
In conjunction with your gym, we can offer prizes for reaching milestones, encouraging participants to stay motivated and committed.
I am affiliated with EPIC, THORNE, and MY FIT FOODS and various local businesses to offer an exciting prize pack to clients.

I provide all promotional materials and marketing assistance to help you attract participants to the program.
My goal is to become a long-term value-add to your business, and we can continue to customize the experience based on what you and your members need.

No UpFront Cost for You!
My fee is paid from the members participation fee, and you and I would agree on a commission split.
This is an opportunity for you to create additional revenue for your business with no cost out of pocket.
