You love a challenge and you actively seek out competitions to test your personal progress and opportunities to to build competence in your favorite sport(s).

➡️ Setting Goals and Benchmarking Success. The goal may be as simple as getting better, or it may be as specific as shaving minutes off your next race. The important thing is to decide on your goal and create a plan to get there. This is also a good time to establish a starting point via a testing period, to evaluate your performance and see your progression. Working with a coach can help you align on your goals and set up standards and accountability benchmarks to achieve success.
➡️ Asking for Help. Athletes that are serious about their progression have dedicated coaches and nutritionists to help them identify weaknesses and provide guidance on how to improve. Knowing that you can’t progress in a vault is the first step to transcendence.
➡️ Building Community. When you live an athletic lifestyle, it’s important to surround yourself with people who have similar goals. DEDICATED ENTHUSIASTS are excellent at building communities, serving as the hype squad, competitive rivals, and motivators to keep pushing each other to perform at their best.
➡️ Taking Recovery Seriously. As a DEDICATED ENTHUSIAST, you are a passionate athlete, naturally driving yourself to be better. But passion can also drive you to over-work your body and train too aggressively, often overlooking the need to recover. The best athletes at any level know that it’s important to make gains incrementally and take recovery seriously to avoid injuries.
